At Access Denied, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item doesn't fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item back into its original box with all protective padding, hardware, and instruction manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
